Our buildings that are in the design stage can provide you with solutions for your space requirements. If your need for premises is significant, it is also possible to construct a new building for your use. In this instance, we will obtain the plot near the airport, be responsible for getting it designed and built in cooperation with you and will be the long-term owner of the building.
Relief for the need for office space is on the way. We are designing the construction of the 12-storey WTC Helsinki-Vantaa Airport office building at the heart of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport within walking distance from the passenger terminals. The construction will be carried out in two stages. The gross area will be around 14,000 m².
