We are a property company wholly owned by Finavia responsible for operations at Finnish airports. We lease premises in our buildings located at airports for the needs of businesses that are part of the air traffic service chain. However, we do not own passenger terminals, multistorey car parks or buildings that are directly related to Finavia's own operations.
We aim to actively increase our property portfolio by meeting the needs of our current customer base and by obtaining new customers and business opportunities. Currently our operations are focused around Helsinki-Vantaa Airport but expanding to Finland's other airports is a possibility.
Our customers are companies that seek out airports and for whom a location at an airport or within its immediate vicinity provides a significant advantage for the business. Our customers' operations may be linked directly to air traffic or the location advantage is based on exploiting the high volume of cargo or passenger traffic. Our expertise and network of contacts in the airport environment frees our customers to concentrate on their own key business.
